Terms of Service

2.1 Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to enter raffles. By entering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2.2 Entry Process: To enter a raffle, you must provide accurate personal information and valid payment method details. Your payment information will be securely stored by our payment processor (Stripe) for potential future charges.

2.3 No Purchase Necessary (Where Required): In jurisdictions where required by law, no purchase is necessary to enter. Contact us for alternative entry methods where applicable.

2.4 Winner Selection: Winners are selected randomly using automated systems. Selection is final and binding.

2.5 Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 48 hours of selection.

3.1 Authorization: By entering a raffle, you authorize W. and its partners to charge your payment method the full retail price of the product, plus a W. Raffle Fee (a percentage of the retail price, disclosed at the time of raffle entry), applicable shipping (if selected), and applicable sales tax, if you are selected as a winner. The W. Raffle Fee is a platform service fee retained by W. and is non-refundable.

3.2 Automatic Charging: If selected as a winner, your saved payment method will be automatically charged. You will receive a confirmation email with a full breakdown of all charges, including the retail price, W. Raffle Fee, shipping, and applicable sales tax.

3.3 W. Raffle Fee: The W. Raffle Fee percentage applicable to each raffle will be clearly displayed on the raffle entry page prior to submission. By completing your entry, you acknowledge and agree to the W. Raffle Fee as stated for that raffle.

3.4 Payment Failure: If payment fails, we may attempt to contact you to update your payment information. Failure to complete payment within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of your win.

3.5 Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address and added to the total charge.

4.1 No Refunds: All raffle entries are final. Once submitted, entries cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4.2 Product Defects: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

4.3 Winner Obligations: Once payment is processed, standard product return policies apply. Contact the retailer directly for returns or exchanges.

5.1 Shipping Options: You may select either standard shipping ($10 flat rate) or in-store pickup (free) at entry.

5.2 Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once shipped.

5.3 Pickup Instructions: If you selected pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID matching your entry information.

5.4 Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be changed after raffle entry. Ensure your information is correct before submitting.

You agree NOT to:

• Submit multiple entries using different payment methods or false information
• Use automated systems or bots to enter raffles
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with raffle operations
• Resell raffle entries or transfer them to others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in disqualification and legal action.

9.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
